• We are not responsible for any interruption, delay, or failure in transmission, or the loss of programs or data due to any cause.

• All information on the app is provided without any representations or warranties, express or implied.

• The information provided is general and not exhaustive treatment of the subjects covered.

• LearnoIndia reserves the right to revise fees or other charges, and may withdraw, suspend, cancel, or discontinue any or all services without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

• Purchases are final. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges for any paper, package, or bundle are not allowed under any circumstances.

• LearnoIndia may modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. You can access the latest version of the Terms at any time on the app.

• It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the modified Terms.

• By using LearnoIndia, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.We may communicate with you via email, text message (SMS), or by posting notifications on the app.

• You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

• Any person attempting to deliver any damaging code to the app or attempting unauthorized access to any part of the app will be prosecuted. Civil damages will be claimed in the event that any damage or loss is suffered by LearnoIndia.

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, Assam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, Assam.
